Upon expiration, all items will be returned and lost items will not be compensated. We reserve the right to change the price.
PRIM LIMITS
Each space has a limit number of Prims. If you exceed Prims limit set on the Palace Mall Rental Box, ALL items will be returned to you until the limit is met. Additional Prims are available at L$3 per prim per week. Please inform Richard Palace before you put additional prims on the space rented.
REFUNDS
No refunds on rentals. If a unit comes open that is more desirable, rent may be transferred.
RULES
1) You can only use the land for commerical purpose.
2) Please be respectful of other tenants.
3) Use scripted and light effect items sparingly. We want to keep the sim as lag free as possible. We reserve the right to implement a policy in regards to lag control at any time if need be.
4) This is a mature sim. Mature themed items may be on display. However we ask that this is done tastefully. No child porn will be tolerated and anyone displaying it or displaying any child porn items or any items dealing with sexual activity with children in any form will be evicted and banned immediately.

Successful business need advertisment. Which business doesn’t.
I decided to continue Palace Advertisment Network. All my previous advertisement were based on SURF 1.0.
I have finally setup my advertisment using SURF 2.0 and have placed them at the corner of the sims I own. When placing advertisemnt at the 4 corners of a sim, it will be seen by the residents of 8 other nearby sims. Isn’t this a great location. Instead of placing 8 ads on 8 sims, you just need to place 4 ads on the corner of 1 sim.
No wonder the corner parcel was always snapped up by an Ads Network when I put it on sale.

Why many Business in SecondLife failed?
Many business in SecondLife failed because they buy land instead of renting. You need to pay USD$9.95 per monthly to be a premium member. Only premium member can buy land. When you buy land, you pay about 25x of the weekly rental. Not forgetting you still have to pay monthly tier to Linden. Instead of renting more locations, money is parked into a land that does not produce positive cash flow into your account. Renting multiple locations are better than buying a single locations. Keep the better locations and cut away the bad locations.
Why rent insteading of buying land?
1) You can stay as a FREE member. You save USD$9.95 monthly.
- This amount of money can be used to rent 3 x 512 sqm monthly.
2) Paying rental can be cheaper than pay monthly tier to Linden.
- Palace Land rental is definitely cheaper than paying monthly tier.
3) Most land parcel are sold side by side. There is no allowance for public use. Worst if everyone build right to the edge of their land. You end up buying a box. The only way to get out is by flying up or teleport to another place.
- Palace Land build a better sim. Each parcel has walkway that are linked up throughout the whole sim. Resident walk from one corner to the other corner of the sim instead of flying.
