Scaramanga is 61120 sqm Mature Mainland Sim. It’s about 90 flat at 65m.

As usual, instead of cutting up the land into 512 sqm and dump on the resale market, I created walkway throughtout the entire mainland. Basically you can walk from one end of the sim to the other end. Each 512 sqm parcel has at least 64 sqm walkway (16m long 4m wide). The walkway will not be put up for sale.

Is it worth to buy a parcel with walkway that is connected throughtout the enter mainland? Or it is better to try your luck buying the cheapest parcel hoping that 16sqm cutters will not be your neighbour?

How much does each 512 sqm at Scaramanga cost?

It’s not secret that I bid and won the Scaramanga at USD$2304. If I take 1 month to sell 100% of the land (for easy calculation as I intend to keep 20% inclusive of the walkway), my extra cost will be the monthly tier of USD$195. Not forgetting the L$/US$ 3.5% conversion fee, my total is work out to be USD$(2304+195)/0.965 = USD$2589.64. Assuming I am still able to get USD$1 for L$266, each sqm will cost 2589.64*266/61120 = L$11.27.

512 sqm with 64 sqm walkway will cost L$6491.

512 sqm with 128 sqm walkway will cost L$7212

512 sqm with both 64 and 128 sqm walkway will cost = L$7934

While your monthly tier is just 512 sqm, the walkway monthly tier will be paid by me.

Like the walkway idea but find the land too expensive?

While the land is also for rent. I have put up rental box for all the parcel. It’s only L$199 per week for 512 sqm. Max rental is 8 weeks and price is subjected to weekly review. So come down now and pay L$1592 for 2 months of rental for 512 sqm parcel.
