Seven-year-old Latarian Milton decided to steal his grandma’s Dodge Durango because he was mad at his mom and because he said it’s a fun to do bad things. His friend, also 7, who “smokes with cigarettes” was beside him when he was driving.

While he suggest his punishment was “no video games for a whole weekend”, according to CNN.com. He is also facing grand theft auto charges. Expect similar cases to happen now that Grand Theft Auto IV was officially released yesterday.
