		<description>Opera Mini is a fantastic piece of mobile Java software. The biggest hurdle to using it is making sure that Java has access to HTTP. What I have found is that a surprising number of phones seem to have completely separate configurations for their browser and their JVM (KVM). This means that, for example, someone could download the application without problems, but then Java fails to get a network connection. Setting up your KVM for network access is generally more awkward than for the browser.</description>
