Sarcoidosis, aka sarcoid or Besnier-Boeck disease, is an immune system disorder characterized by non-caseating granulomas that most commonly arises in young adults.

Sarcoidosis involves inflammation that produces tiny lumps of cells in various organs in your body. The lumps are called granulomas because they look like grains of sugar or sand. They are very small and can be seen only with a microscope.

These tiny granulomas can grow and clump together, making many large and small groups of lumps. If many granulomas form in an organ, they can affect how the organ works.

This can cause symptoms of sarcoidosis which can occasionally appear suddenly but usually appear gradually.

The cause of the disease is still unknown. Virtually any organ can be affected.

The clinical course varies and ranges from asymptomatic disease to a debilitating chronic condition that may lead to death.

Paris Hilton.Paris In Jail Music Video. This is one music video that I have always want to put on the blog. It’s quite entertaining.

On 4th May 2007, a judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case, but had been expected to serve 23 days because of state rules allowing shorter sentences for good behavior.

After serving only three full days behind bars, Paris Hilton was released from jail early Thursday, partly due to “medical” reasons — but she has been fitted with an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet and must remain confined to her Hollywood Hills home for 40 days.
