PS3 Update 2.40 Release Date
PS3 update 2.40 is will be available on 2nd July 2008 according to Sony’s official PlayStation blog.
As we know, PS3 update 2.40 will include “XMB” access in-game and also include “trophies,” an exciting new feature.
The update also adds a mini-control panel that you can use while playing music and an internet search feature powered by Google that allows you to initiate search directly from the XMB (similar to what we added to the PSP recently).
In addition, when you’re using the XMB or accessing the XMB from in-game, the current time and date will be displayed in the upper right hand corner.

plz put flash 9 on the psp and ps3 ……. And add DNLA Support 4 the psp system plz thanks…. and add more video codec to the psp and it needs firefox also thanks put firefox on the ps3 2 thanks ….
