PS3 2.42 firmware update has been released by Sony and is available on the PlayStation Network.
PS3 2.42 firmware update improves the playback quality of some PlaySation 3 and PlayStation format software.

I saw a post about the PS3 Update 2.43. Is this true? They just had the 2.42 a month before.
