A Peel Away Ad is a new technology by AdToll that provides a different and innovative method to advertising. A peel appears on the top right hand side of a web site and when the mouse moves over it the peel opens smoothly to reveal the advert within.

This unique method of advertising make use of the corner of a web site which is commonly not used. It is non intrusive to the web site visitor. Since it uses only a small amount of space when folded away, it makes efficient use of web site real estate. This new ad format arousing user interest resulting in more clicks.

Peel Away technology is provided free by AdToll. For advertiser, they have to provide the 500×500 banner that appears behind the peel. For publisher, all we need is an AdToll account and pasted the peel away ad code just before of your site.

I decided to continue Palace Advertisment Network. All my previous advertisement were based on SURF 1.0.

I have finally setup my advertisment using SURF 2.0 and have placed them at the corner of the sims I own. When placing advertisemnt at the 4 corners of a sim, it will be seen by the residents of 8 other nearby sims. Isn’t this a great location. Instead of placing 8 ads on 8 sims, you just need to place 4 ads on the corner of 1 sim.

No wonder the corner parcel was always snapped up by an Ads Network when I put it on sale.
