The body of 12 year old Brooke Bennett was found dead at approximately 4:45 EDT, hours after documents surfaced that accused her uncle, Michael Jacques, of planning to initiate her into a child sex ring.
Earlier Wednesday, the FBI said an unidentified 14-year-old girl told investigators she was present on June 25 when Jacques, 42, tricked Bennett into thinking she was going to a party and took her to his Randolph home to be initiated into a sex ring.
The girl said she was led to believe the 12-year-old “would have sex with adult males” during the initiation. She and Bennett watched television for a while before Jacques told her to leave and took his niece upstairs. The witness said she left the house with her boyfriend and didn’t see Bennett again.

Federal officials say the uncle of a missing Vermont girl took the 12-year-old back to his house to initiate her into a sex ring just before she vanished.
The girl hasn’t been seen since June 25th when a store camera caught her leaving with her uncle, Michael Jacques, (jakes) and then going their separate ways.
However, authorities now say a friend of her’s tells them she helped get the 12-year-old over to his house right after that.
Investigators are looking into the possibility that there may be more victims of sexual abuse by jacques.
Jacques is a registered sex offender and is being held on a different sexual assault charge.
Court papers say the 14-year-old friend of the missing girl says she has been having sex with Jacques since she was nine.

City Councilor Michael Ross insisted Mission Hill is an “extremely safe community.”
“It’s very unusual for this area,” Deputy Superintendent Thomas Lee said. “This is a very safe neighborhood.”
