Britney Spears and her former husband Kevin Federline have finally reached a child custody settlement.

Britney Spears must increase her child support payments to former husband Kevin Federline from $15,000 to $20,000 a month as part of a custody settlement agreed by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon on Friday.

Furthermore, Britney Spears is due to cover her former husband Kevin Federline’s $250,000 legal bill from lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Britney Spears, 26, also won a ruling permitting her to spend more time with her sons while Kevin Federline, 30, retained sole custody of the couple’s two children.

Britney Spears is legally allowed to receive two visits a week from Sean Preston, 2 years and a half, and Jayden James, 1 year and a half, and one overnight per week, and she will get at least an additional sleepover by the end of the year.

The couple got married four years ago and completed their divorce in July 2007.

After a long night, Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook has reached a divorce settlement at about 6 a.m.

Under terms of the divorce settlement, Peter Cook gets $2.1 million and parenting time while Christie Brinkley gets full custody of their children, Jack, 13, whom Cook adopted, and Sailor, 10 and keeps all their properties.

Peter Cook, a former model turned architect, said he was pleased with the terms of the settlement. “I got everything I’ve been wanting for two years,” he said.

Christie Brinkley filed for divorce in 2006 after learning Peter Cook, Brinkley’s fourth husband, had an affair with an 18-year-old woman.
