Ever since I took a vacation to san juan del sur nicaragua two years ago I’ve wanted to buy a condo to use there for vacations. I know that it may sound crazy to a lot of folks, but I love it there so much that I want to be able to spend any time that I can enjoying the city and its beaches. By buying it now I can pay off my vacation home while I’m working, and when I retire I can make it my permanent residence.
